Competition T&Cs

Promoter: This prize competition is organised by Ares Legal Limited (“the Promoter”).
 

Eligibility:

• Entrants must be UK residents aged 18 or over.

• Proof of age may be required to claim the prize.

• Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
   

How to Enter:

• To enter, you must complete our entry form on our website.

• No purchase is necessary to enter.
   

Prize:

• The prize is one bottle of champagne. No other prizes will be available. 

• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
   

Competition Period:

• Entries open at 8am 13th November 2024 and close at 6pm 14th November 2024.

• Any entries received outside this period will not be considered.
   

Winner Selection:

• The winner will be chosen by random draw on or around 18th November.

• The winner will be notified via email within one week.

• No other entrant will be notified about the fact they have not won.

• The Promoter's decision on the winner is final. 
   

Claiming the Prize:

• The winner must respond to the notification within 7 days to claim the prize.

• The prize will be delivered to a UK address provided by the winner.
   

Liability:

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues.

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any entries which do not win. 

• The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained as a result of entering the competition, failing to win the prize or accepting the prize.

General:

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without notice.

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
