Clear pricing. No surprises. We don’t do hourly rates or timesheets.
Everything we do is either a fixed project fee or a fixed monthly subscription, agreed up front. You will always know exactly what you are paying before any work begins, so you can pick up the phone without watching the clock.
Why no hourly billing?
Because hourly billing rewards the wrong thing. It charges you more when work takes longer, and it makes you think twice before asking a quick question. Fixed fees put us on the same side as you. The better and faster we work, the better it is for both of us. You get certainty, and we focus on the outcome instead of the timesheet.
Start with a Legal Health Check
Not sure where your business stands legally?
A Legal Health Check is the best place to start. We get to know your business and your goals, including any future exit, ask the questions that are sometimes difficult to answer, and assess the health of your business across six areas:
- Your corporate structure
- The commercial relationships that underpin your day-to-day business
- Your intellectual property
- Your people including contractors
- Your data protection compliance
- Your use of AI/tech.
You get a clear report setting out where you stand, the gaps to address, and a prioritised action plan.
For a fixed fee of £2,000 plus VAT.
